Who We Are

Founder Barbara Fry Henchoz is an economist, D&I expert and multilingual communication specialist. She has been successfully advising executives and organizations on the topics of communication, strategy implementation and culture change for over 25 years.

Her professional experience and in-depth knowledge of behavioral economics (Harvard Business School) have shaped her understanding of how organizations can better implement and anchor change using a more scientific approach. She founded Re-Thinking Diversity to focus exclusively on helping organizations foster diversity and inclusion.

Based in Switzerland, Barbara is a lecturer at a Swiss university of applied sciences and a certified member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioral Scientists (GAABS). She works with large companies, SMEs, start-ups and NGOs, bringing her international outlook to every project.
